Phase 1: Setting the Stage • DoubleMCX 2110 Bridge Dashboard
The System Proposal is submitted with the clear understanding that some level of refinement will almost always be required — especially on complex ST 2110 deployments involving detailed power, cooling, networking, and timing considerations.
The client is given a defined period to review the proposal. If they wish to proceed, they typically return the document with requested changes. This triggers a new round of detailed review and revision.
Marketing & Sales will reassess the revised scope to ensure acceptable profit margins and strategic alignment. Pricing or scope adjustments may be required to balance client needs with project viability.
Once all technical and commercial details are finalized and internally approved, the System Sale Agreement — the formal, legally binding contract — is prepared.
Because this document must capture every 2110 technical requirement with precision (performance criteria, acceptance testing, support obligations, etc.), it typically takes 3–5 weeks to draft and finalize.
Used when the client is ready to award the project but cannot wait for the full contract due to tight timelines (facility move dates, event schedules, regulatory deadlines, etc.).
Can be issued when negotiations are in final stages but immediate action is required.
